This fee covers reshipping your order after it was returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable package, or other delivery issue.
Common reasons for returned packages:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- Package undeliverable (wrong address, moved, etc.)
- Unclaimed package at delivery location
- Refused delivery
What this fee covers:
- Reshipping your order with updated/correct information
- New shipping label and postage costs
- Repackaging and processing
Before purchasing: Please contact us to confirm:
- Your original order number
- Your correct shipping address
- That your items are available for reshipment
Once you purchase this reshipment fee and provide the correct address, we will process your order for reshipping within 3-6 business days.
