Return Policy

All our products are made to order, just for you.

Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there’s a defect or a mistake on our part.

Please double-check your order details before checking out. If something arrives damaged or there’s a production error, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Just send us clear photos and your order info — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing or ordering mistakes
  • Sale or digital products
  • International orders

If you have any questions about sizing, colors, or products, please reach out before placing your order.

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Packages

If your order seems to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with our shipping partners to help track down your package. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: We’re not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but if you have any issues receiving your order, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of your purchase.

Please contact us using the contact form and let us know that you wish to cancel your order. After 2h, cancellations may not be possible anymore if the product has already gone into production.

If the product has already been shipped, then you will require to return the undamaged merchandise to us in order to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-10 business days to show on your account.
