All items are made to order specifically for you.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of your purchase.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. If your item has already entered production, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Why the time limit? We begin production quickly to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once production starts, materials are committed and the process cannot be reversed.

Why We Have a No-Return Policy?

We are committed to reducing waste and environmental impact. Unlike mass-produced items sitting in warehouses, we create each piece only when you order it. This made-to-order approach means:

  • Zero excess inventory ending up in landfills
  • No overproduction or waste from unsold stock
  • Resources used only for items that are wanted and purchased
  • Reduced carbon footprint from storage and surplus manufacturing

🫶 Custom Made Just For You

Every print is produced specifically for your order with your chosen:

  • Size specifications
  • Personalized text (if applicable)
  • Regional paper sizing preferences
  • Frame options (if selected)

Once production begins, the item cannot be resold or reused for another customer.Even if returned, custom prints must be destroyed for quality control and hygiene reasons. They cannot be restocked or resold. Accepting returns would mean creating waste with no benefit to anyone.

We’ve experienced losses from customers who: order multiple prints intending to return most, demand discounts by nitpicking minor imperfections, use prints temporarily then return them, or order from multiple shops and return all but their favorite.

Unlike large retailers, each fraudulent return directly threatens our ability to offer quality products at fair prices. To protect our small business and honest customers, we maintain a firm no-return policy.

Fair & Transparent: We provide detailed product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and material specifications for every listing. We encourage you to review all details carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing to ensure the product is exactly what you want.

Exceptions – When We Can Help:

✓ Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number

We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


✓ Production Errors

If we made an error in production (wrong size, incorrect personalization, printing defect), we will replace your item free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

✓ Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit through no fault of an incorrect address provided by you, please reach out and we will issue a replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: 2-7 business days depending on the product.
Shipping Time: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery before contacting us
  • Packages sometimes show as “delivered” but arrive 1-2 days later
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to collect packages from Parcel Shops or Post Offices

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because you were unavailable to receive it or failed to collect it from a delivery point:

  • No refund will be issued
  • You will be responsible for reshipping fees if you want the item resent
  • We will work with you to arrange reshipment when possible

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. You will be responsible for reshipping fees if you want the item resent.
